Over the past few years I’ve been fortunate enough to partner with some churches and organizations as they consider improvements in their audio, video, and lighting systems.  I consider myself a learner and I appreciate opportunities to share some things I’ve learned with these organizations.  If there’s an audio, video, or lighting need in your church or organization, I’d love to partner with you to find solutions and develop a plan to move forward.

Recruiting, training, and developing volunteers, especially in the Church, is something I’m very passionate about.  I think about when I was a teenager and my church took a chance with me and gave me an opportunity to be a part of ministry.  I consider it a joy to partner with churches and organizations in developing systems to find and grow volunteers to better serve the organization and be a part of Kingdom ministry.  I’d absolutely love it if I could come alongside your team to help you develop volunteer systems that will work within your organization’s specific culture.
